Job Description:

MedCertify is a mission-driven organization dedicated to eliminating all barriers to gainful employment and creating career pathways in high-demand sectors. We specialize in providing comprehensive training and support to populations who may lack the experience, skills, or knowledge for entry-level positions in the Health, IT, Business, and Logistics fields. We are seeking a Partner Relations Coordinator to support our efforts in fostering relationships with community organizations and stakeholders. This role requires occasional travel to events, career fairs, and business meetings. This role reports to the Regional Director of Military and Workforce Development and requires a deep understanding of Workforce, WIOA funding, DOL Registered Apprenticeship programs, and online training programs in Medical, IT, and Business. Military knowledge and familiarity with RAPIDS are considered strong assets. The ideal candidate should be a team player, self-driven, task-oriented, and passionate about empowering individuals through workforce development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and collaborative support to the Regional Director of Military and Workforce Development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, particularly those serving the military community, to address training needs and career opportunities.
• Assist in the development of program marketing materials, highlighting the benefits of our career pathways and training programs.
• Market all programs to businesses and community-based organizations, emphasizing the advantages of hiring participants from our training programs.
• Coordinate and attend events, career fairs, and business meetings to build and maintain relationships, representing MedCertify's commitment to the military community and underserved populations.
• Prepare materials and support the completion of monthly reports and budgets, ensuring accurate documentation of program activities and outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and process program data to track participant progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain an effective filing system to support programs and client relations, ensuring organized and accessible documentation.
• Organize, plan, and execute workforce development events as necessary, providing participants with networking and employment opportunities.
• Participate in professional development through conferences, workshops, seminars, or webinars to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Education) or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of Workforce, WIOA funding, DOL Registered Apprenticeship programs, and online training programs in Medical, IT, and Business.
• Familiarity with Military knowledge and RAPIDS is highly beneficial.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in partner relations or community engagement roles, preferably in workforce development or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including the military community.
• Demonstrated commitment to MedCertify's mission of eliminating barriers to gainful employment and creating career pathways.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software and technology platforms.
• Self-driven and task-oriented, with the ability to work both as a team and independently.
• Must be able to take direction and take initiative.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to events, career fairs, and business meetings, as needed.
