On May 23rd, RapidAscent had the honor and privilege to participate in the Fort Bliss Annual Transition Expo, a momentous occasion that filled us with pride. We stood alongside over 130 esteemed organizations, all united in our mission to support our nation’s heroes in their journey toward meaningful employment. The event was a triumph, drawing over 2,000 service members, veterans, family members, and civilians, all brimming with energy and enthusiasm. The shared goal of facilitating successful transitions from military to civilian careers was palpable in the air.
A special shoutout goes to George Aaron and the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) team at Fort Bliss for their unwavering commitment and meticulous organization that made this event possible. Their dedication to providing top-notch resources and support for transitioning service members was evident throughout the day. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Chaunte Hall, CEO of Centurion Military Alliance, whose leadership and vision continue to inspire and drive positive change within the military community.

This program is open to active-duty, Reserve, and Guard service members within 180 days of their separation date. By partnering with SkillBridge, we play a crucial role in bridging the gap between military and civilian careers, ensuring that our heroes have a smooth and successful transition.
