SEH is currently searching for an experienced Civil or Environmental Engineer - Water to join our growing Water Engineering practice! This position is open to any Wisconsin or Minnesota location!

The opportunity:

Join a collaborative and multidisciplined team to deliver projects of varying size and complexity
What you will be doing:
Partner with and/or lead multidisciplined design teams on water or wastewater projects
Manage all aspects of water supply and treatment, planning, process design, and construction administration as part of a multidisciplinary team
Provide technical expertise to help municipal and private clients find answers to complex drinking water challenges
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related discipline
Registered Professional Engineer license in the State of Wisconsin or ability to achieve within 12 months of hire
Five (5) or more years of previous experience with water/wastewater projects
Must reside in states of Wisconsin or Minnesota
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, modeling software
Project management experience leading multi-disciplined teams on complex water or wastewater projects

Base compensation is expected to be in the following ranges based on skill set and experience:
