SALARY: 59841.16 USD - 66081.60 USD
SCHEDULE: 2ND SHIFT - 3:30 PM TO 12:00 AM
Shift differential $2ph
This role will require troubleshooting CNC machining equipment, performing building maintenance tasks, and minor electrical/carpentry/plumbing—substantial medical benefits will begin on day 1 of employment.
Duties and Accountabilities
Repair, modify, or overhaul all machine tools, special machines, and production equipment as directed.
Plan and complete installation and service of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical equipment.
Capable of basic welding.
Make factory building repairs and related equipment repairs as directed.
Work from blueprints, sketches, repair manuals, and verbal instructions.
Work with minimum supervision and instruction.
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks on machines per set intervals.
Coordinate and communicate with 1st shift maintenance personnel.
Work with equipment vendors (onsite at our facility) on more complex repairs/jobs.
Work safely at all times and may instruct other employees in specific areas to safely use special equipment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in manufacturing facility maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work from verbal instructions, particularly on welding symbol interpretations.
Possess working knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical circuitry, emphasizing 3-phase 440/220-volt power systems.
Must pass a basic maintenance test, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical competencies.
Must be physically capable of standing all day, frequently lifting up to 10 lbs, infrequently lifting up to 50 lbs, bending or crouching in confined areas when needed, willing to work at heights with ladders/lifts (using required fall protection gear), and be capable of using all standard hand tools.
