We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Software Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, system architecture, and large-scale systems with a passion for delivering complex technical projects to support national security missions.

• Execute multiple technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that project requirements are met within agreed upon deadlines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand product capabilities and intended operation within client environment.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource needs, and possible risks.
• Design, develop, and release new or expanded product capabilities

• 5+ years of experience in Intelligence community collection projects
• Strong understanding of software development process and methodologies, such as DevSecOps and Agile
• Experience with multiple programming technologies and software tools used in enterprise application development
• Experience implementing solutions leveraging containers and linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocol analysis tools (e.g. wireshark, tcpdump)
• Knowledge of OS internals and compiler concepts
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Knowledge of TCP/IP network internals and open-source tools
• Strong consulting skills with extensive experience interfacing and guiding clients throughout project lifecycle
• TS clearance with Full Scope polygraph
