Duties May Include:

Client service management
Project management
Project scoping and contracting
Production of construction plans and specifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
Minimum of Four (4) years previous experience and registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience serving as a design engineer or project manager for multiple city infrastructure projects
Six (6) years previous experience and registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota.
Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work
Previous project management, design and construction administration experience of Civil/Municipal projects including site improvements, streets, drainage and utilities
Experience in preparing project plans, specifications and bidding documents
Previous experience in project proposal preparation and client service management
Previous experience leading a staff of engineering professionals
Ability to coach and mentor junior level technical staff and Graduate Engineers
