OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW- Mostly Remote, but most be within driving distance of Savannah, GA.
ZeroFox seeks an Open Source Investigations Analyst to work on a wide range of customer-facing investigations with a focus on physical and executive security. The Associate Open Source Investigations Analyst will collect all-source intelligence to identify risks and threats impacting client assets. Investigation activities will focus on identifying current and emerging threats posed to executives, their families, data, travel itineraries, and reputation.
Successful candidates will have an investigative background, excellent writing skills, and exceptional investigative prowess in areas such as OSINT research, trend analysis, deductive reasoning, and pattern recognition. Discretion, teamwork, and creativity are vital.
Role and responsibilities

- Work on a wide range of customer-focused threat and risk investigations, often with competing deadlines
- Support ad hoc external and internal requests of varying complexities and engaging with customers across the investigation cycle, from initial scoping to final delivery and briefing. This could also include threat monitoring outside core business hours
- Assess and provide recommendations on emerging OSINT methodologies and tools, and identify and develop improvements to the delivery process to improve the overall team’s productivity
Required qualifications and skills

- Experience with conducting OSINT-based investigations, typically obtained in 3+ years
- Knowledge of techniques to effectively locate and identify information of concern in publicly available information, including data aggregators, social, news, and traditional media
- Ability to determine the credibility, value, significance, and relevancy of information from different data sources to produce clear, concise, and timely analytic products
- Strong writing and oral communication skills; experience with providing briefings and presentations
- Comfort while working independently and in a small team
- Ability to collect, authenticate, validate and document online evidence
- Proficient using Google Productivity Suite
- Willingness to conduct threat monitoring outside of core business hours
Desired qualifications and skills

- Public or private sector experience as an analyst, researcher, investigator, or consultant supporting security, risk, or due diligence function
- Excellent project / team leadership, development, and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of and familiarity with the current threat and geopolitical landscape and experience in areas such as physical / corporate security, HNWI, and UHNWI individuals, activism, hacktivism, reputation risk, travel security, geopolitical or policy issues
