Mission 22

Mission 22 Story

At Mission 22, our commitment could not be more personal. Mission 22 was founded by Veterans. Most of our staff are Veterans, spouses of Veterans, or have immediate family members who have served in the US military.

We provide extensive, personalized support and resources to help Veterans and their families thrive. Mission 22’s programs for Veterans and military spouses offer everything from biometric monitoring of stress, sleep, and activity levels; to meditation and coaching; to exercise programs and a wellness supplement regimen; to books and learning resources to help Veterans put their experience in context.

Mission 22 recognizes that a Veteran’s experience is a family’s experience – families live through all of the ups and downs that soldiers returning home do. We’ve developed a support program exclusively for spouses to take positive steps that renew their identities as individuals and the strengths they bring to their household.

Our Ambassador program further supports Veterans and military families – a network of more than 3,500 Veterans and civilians in all 50 states and around the world. We work to advance society’s collective understanding of the issues faced by active service members, Veterans, and their families.

At Mission 22, we know firsthand that Veterans and service members bring extensive skills and assets to any situation. Their leadership capabilities, experiences, and sense of teamwork and integrity are unmatched. Veterans know how to rise to a challenge.

America’s Veterans make our society stronger. They deserve a community worthy of all they have given, and all they will yet achieve.  We are proud to continue designing programs for Veterans and their families, and to welcome them into our community.

REBOOT Recovery

OUR VISION

REBOOT is mobilizing the largest peer-led response to
trauma and suicide ever built – and you’re part of it.
Why is REBOOT necessary?

The truth is that the traditional approaches to mental healthcare aren’t working quickly enough.

There simply aren’t enough providers to meet the demand and people are dying while they wait.

That’s why REBOOT exists to help people overcome trauma through our faith-based, peer-led programs.

More than 18,000 people have already embrace a brighter future. But our work is far from done! By 2025, we aim to have had than 50,000 people attend a REBOOT course.

Will you join us?

How REBOOT works:

REBOOT has developed a proven system that is peer-led, faith based and outcomes driven. Our model gets to the root cause of suicide which is trauma and here’s how it works:

REBOOT groups meet one night per week for 12 weeks
Meals and childcare are provided to remove barriers
Spouses and caregivers are encouraged to attend
Graduates continue into our extensive aftercare program.
REBOOT Combat Recovery helps veterans, active-duty military, and their families achieve breakthrough in their battle against service-related trauma.

Shields & Stripes

OUR WHY

We believe that First Responders and Veterans are the true American heroes, and when they receive a mental injury, they should be provided the top-tier rehabilitation program to get them back on track.

OUR MISSION

Shields and Stripes provides first line defenders the opportunity to heal visible and non-visible wounds, helping those we need the most to live meaningful lives in service to our communities.

OUR VISION

Shields and Stripes are bringing Special Operations resilience experience to care for our first-line defenders. Our innovative solution treats a sub-population suffering in silence to increased levels of mental health issues. Additionally, Shields and Stripes encourages help-seeking culture change among the service members, veterans, and first responder community. Our compassion and determination decreases negative perceptions, minimizes bias and eliminates discrimination against those isolated and in pain so they don’t get left behind.

Victory for Veterans

Our Mission – Restoring Hope

Our mission is to reduce suicide among our warriors: our Veterans, First Responders and Care Givers!

Like us all, Veterans, First Responders and Care Givers need a helping hand now and then and we help these men and women through Healing and Support.

Check out our flagship Warriors For Life Virtual Community Support Group and our Wellness Center initiative under way!

Non-profit (501c3), public foundation to serve Veterans by reducing suicides, homelessness, joblessness, and effects of PTSD and other emotional struggles and disabilities.

We reduce suicides by providing Employment opportunities. Lack of employment accounts for up to 20% of suicides. We are working on Health and Housing initiatives as well, so please check back often to learn more and see how you can help out.
