Topics include: helplines, advocacy and benefit information, career transitions and employment, military caregiver support, children’s needs, education and training, financial support, rest and relaxation, and others.

Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital was founded to serve first responders, military service members and veterans who have experienced trauma in the line of duty or struggle with substance abuse.

CITCI offers support services include education, employment and training services, workforce development, family preservation, and support for individuals recovering from addiction, substance abuse, or incarceration.

Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center provides transition and employment assistance, behavioral health and wellness, supportive services, connection to community resources, and safe event space for veterans, military members and their families.

PsychArmor Institute is the nation’s leading organization in providing innovative training and effective support to all non-military Americans, arming them with everything they need to work confidently and effectively with military and veteran populations. By becoming a FREE member of the PsychArmor Community, you gain access to an extensive library of high-quality online courses developed and taught by national subject matter experts, continual support from our “Helping You Help veteran” Helpline, exposure to leading-edge thinking, and opportunities to interact with other civilians who are going out of their way to serve those who served.

The Military and Veteran Caregiver Network (MVCN) offers peer-based support and services to connect those providing care to service members and veterans living with wounds, illnesses, injuries and or/aging.

Soldiers’ Angels offers programs for our military members, wounded, deployed, families, and others.

Their mission at Soulistic Hospice is to provide expert, loving hospice care for persons as they near the end of their lives, regardless of their ability to pay. They aim to accomplish these goals while providing the highest quality care and compassionate patient relationships.

CLC is a specialized nursing facility designed to care for residents requiring restorative and rehabilitative nursing care services. Discharge is anticipated to the home or community or referrals to the other extended care programs, as appropriate. Length of stay is three to nine months.

The Elizabeth Dole Foundation is the preeminent organization empowering, supporting, and honoring our nation’s 5.5 million military caregivers; the spouses, parents, family members, and friends who care for America’s wounded, ill, or injured veteran. Founded by Senator Elizabeth Dole in 2012, the Foundation adopts a comprehensive approach in its advocacy, working with leaders in the public, private, nonprofit and faith communities to recognize military caregivers’ service and promote their well-being.

VetAssist Program helps veterans, or their surviving spouses, apply for a little-known Department of Veterans Affairs benefit to pay for assistance with activities of daily living. They can get home care started before the VA processes the claim and before our clients receive VA funds.

The Texas Veterans Portal connects veterans, their families, and caregivers to the benefits and services earned through their military service.

VetsNet works with more than 75 agencies throughout Wisconsin counties and beyond to bring critical services to at-risk veterans and their families. Those partner agencies are  veteran service organizations, state and federal veteran  agencies, other nonprofit  veteran and community social  service agencies.
