Our utmost priority is to ensure that the entire military community reestablishes and upholds the profound sense of pride and fulfillment that comes with being part of something greater than oneself, just as when serving our country.

At Forever Warriors, our pillars of success are built on compassionate empathy, unyielding integrity, unwavering unity, and shared humility and respect. These values are the driving force behind our unwavering support for the military community, as we strive to keep these values at the forefront of their lives.

Many military personnel today are frustrated with the transition process. Stories of submitting dozens, if not over hundreds of resumes, with no response are not uncommon. While Department of Defense (DoD) and non-military transition programs are focused on the skills required to transition, they have not resolved this frustration.

Our MasterMind cohorts take like-mined individuals who will meet on a regular basis to share challenges, receive feedback/ideas, and discuss/refine action plans. Our goal in this program is to build an accountability group within cohorts. The MasterMinds group would be implemented as “Top Off” and “Capstone” programs that would augment and enhance the current DoD provided Transition Assistance Programs

You’ll have the chance to learn and share information about various organizations and resources that do great work here in the Baltimore veteran space! Foster Williams – Radio Co-Host and The founder of Search4Uinc.com that powers the Career Search Network, with over 31 years of Global Talent Acquisition expertise and management for companies such as IBM, Citigroup and Verizon, Foster leads and facilitates multiple job seeker networking organizations all over the USA.
