Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional anesthesia care in a variety of settings, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and comfort of patients. Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient assessments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to evaluate patients and plan for anesthesia needs.
  • Adjust anesthesia levels during procedures as needed.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and patient education.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, standards of care, and legal regulations.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices in anesthesia care.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse within the State of practice.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Minimum of five (5) experience as a CRNA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional development.
