    • LinkedIn is committed to supporting the military, military spouses, and the veteran community. Every military spouse can receive a free one-year Premium Job Seeker subscription with every permanent change of station and again upon departure from service.
  10. National Veteran Foundation (NVF)
    • Staffed by a team of veterans who are specially trained in the delivery of crisis information and referral services, NVF provides crisis management, information, and referral needs of all U.S. Veterans and their families through the management and operation of the nation’s only toll-free helpline for all veterans and their families.
  11. Operation Stand Down Tennessee (OSDTN)
    • OSDTN focuses on helping all Veterans and their families by engaging, equipping, and empowering them. We offer a wide range of services, including employment assistance, VA benefits assistance, networking, housing, and much more.
  12. Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP)
    • The SBP is the only way service members can pass on military retirement pay to a surviving family member.
  13. Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP)
    • The MSEP is a targeted recruitment and employment solution for spouses and companies that prepares military spouses to become competitive, “job ready” applicants, and connects military spouses with employers seeking the essential 21st century workforce skills and attributes they possess.
  14. National Military Family Association (NMFA)
    • NMFA can help fund education, career, or business goals for military spouses. NMFA also offers Operation Purple Camp, where they embrace being “purple” and bring together military kids from all ranks and services, including National Guard and Reserve components, to a unique and memorable summer camp experience.
  15. Semper K9
    • Semper K9 rescues dogs from shelters and trains them to be service dogs at no cost for disabled service members. Semper K9 recently purchased 33 acres adjacent to Marine Corps Base where they plan to build a retreat-style facility for out of area veterans and their families to come and train with their service dogs.
  16. Soldiers’ Angels
    • Soldiers’ Angels offers programs for our military members, wounded, deployed, families, and others.
  17. United Service Organizations (USO) Pathfinder Program
    • The USO Pathfinder Program provides a variety of transition services for service members and families, up to a year after separation. Participants will get a personalized Action Plan and one-on-one support from a USO Pathfinder Scout.

    • Zero8hundred provides a one-stop resource hub to transitioning service members, recent veterans and their spouses (including Gold Star spouses) to help them navigate through and connect to the local non-profits and community agencies who can best support all their specific post-service needs – eliminating the necessity to figure out their transition plan all on their own.

    • ACP aims to ease the transition from the military to the civilian workforce. Engaged in national corporate career counseling for our returning veterans and active duty military spouses.
  2. APICS
    • Supports educational institutions within the area of the local chapter’s charter. APICS supports educational activities at the local university and college level through participation of establishing on-campus student APICS chapters, participation in classroom presentations, offer professional mentorship opportunities, and help guide students to be effective young professionals for the industry.
  3. Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency (ACSS)
    • ACSS provides workforce readiness, job placement, and life stabilization services to homeless and financially vulnerable men and women, including veterans, to empower them to reach their goals for self-sufficiency.
